2011 year in review
My sister had a baby, I got my MFA and started to think of myself/feel like/actively pretend to be a real writer.
Other best things about 2011 were: making friends with writers online (Kate Zambreno and Kari Larsen to name a couple); raising pigs; new queer friends IRL (Jess of nth wave feminism and Nic Bravo among others who have less internet presence). Also new job/town/haircut (haircuts. Many haircuts, thanks Nic)
